fixed bug in association production (scope before type)
- relative to v1.1: editorial changes, refined inline associations, replaced \\ escaping with ' ~ ' line segmentation, restricted to one scope only (NOT backward compatible), added types to basenames, allowed URIs and topic ids interchangably in many places, added Appendices E and F, realigned template PSI URIs with the current AsTMa= parser.
